Once upon a time, a company by the name of Active Enterprises thought it would be a good idea to make a series of games based around a group of humanoid animals that were experts in various forms of martial arts (after all, the Ninja Turtles were popular). The first appearance of the Cheetahmen was actually part of a 52 game multi-cart for the NES (also later made for other systems as well). This multi-cart was called Action 52…

There is a sealed copy of this glitch filled nightmare of gaming history on eBay! Follow the links below for this fairly rare and much sought after game (an open and complete copy is also available):
After this game was released, people began to talk about how terrible it was. This news hit Active Enterprises a little too late because they had already finished Cheetahmen II! It was then that they abandoned the entire project. Still, there were 1,500 Cheetahmen II cartridges sitting in a warehouse… Some time later, the cartridges were found and Cheetahmen II was set loose on the world.

This very rare game is a prized collectible for those trying to build a complete NES library. There are actually 2 copies for sale at this time and one of them comes complete with the box! Both copies are being sold by reputable outside sellers here on Amazon.com.
The world of multi-carts is an exciting one. Some may remember when they caught word that someone they know actually owns a multi-cart. The owner of this cart would then likely be subject to hundreds of requests from everyone he or she knows to borrow the game lol. Well, there are a lot of them out there, but we shall start with the rarest of them all:

This is Myriad Games 6 in 1 cart. The story behind this cart is Caltron (an other game company) made this 6 in 1 NES cart before going out of business. Myriad then bought up the remaining carts and slapped a sticker on the front to sell it as their own. It is speculated that less then 100 copies of this game still exist! Finding one of these complete with the box is almost impossible. Follow the link below to bid on this crazy rare game (3 days left!)
Since the cartridges with the Myriad sticker are more rare, they are more valuable. But, the original Caltron 6 in 1 is still the same. Nothing was ever changed in the games by Myriad. The original Caltron cartridge is also rare, but there are more of them floating around out there.

One of these original Caltron 6 in 1 carts are available here on eBay.
There are still more multi-carts on eBay and here is a list of some that would be worth checking out!
