Expensive Videogame Magazines on eBay

There was a time where video game magazines were the coolest commodity in the school yard. Kids would be flashing out the latest issue of Nintendo Power, GamePro magazine, Pc Gamer and so on. I was an early susbscriber to Nintendo Power back in day and let me tell you what a joy to come home and see a Nintendo Power magazine in your mail box. Back then they had really cool stuff that came with the magazine since you subscribed to the magazine like glassess, pogs, trading cards, movies and so on. Since then magazines have been on the decline due to the Internet. Now some of those magazines appear to have value depending on the issue, how many were made, what game it features and so on. Some of the auctions I am going to disply are pretty expensive magazines. Are they worth it? You decide:

ps. Ok ok there’s probably two magazine’s I’d buy here 😛

Nintendo Power #1 would be great to have. It’s unfortunate how Americanized it is though… Super Mario 2 in Japan is Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic. Even though it has the same enemies, the heros have nothing to do with the Mario series.

Ya I know. In fact I had a Nintendo Power issue #1 MINT and I even sealed it with a factory shrink wrap to protect it. I sold it for 80 bucks wish I didn’t 🙁
