Jax 3 Statue, Metroid Garage Kit, and 77 Copies of Final Fantasy

Good morning VGA readers today I will be featuring some interesting finds and submissions.

Lets start with this Jax 3 statue by Naughty dog & Sony. This brand new, sealed in the box Jax 3 statue is officially licensed by Naughty Dog & Sony. You don’t see this on eBay so that in itself means it’s pretty rare. I really love the design and the starting price is only a penny!! It’s a really nice piece and for ANY videogame fan you need to get one, will really make your collection stand out. In fact I will place a bid myself 🙂

The statue is made of Polyresin, stands about 14cm tall and is based on the official artwork of Jax in his “Dark-Jax” form. The packaging inside is solid so you don’t need to worry of it getting damaged during shipping. To mention again this is a BRAND NEW statue you will get when biding on it, not a used or opened one. Thanks Dragoony!

The second auction is all Metroid submitted by our friend Ketsueki! ^^. You have 2 auction kits, one is Samus the other is Metroid. Both come from Japan’s Wonder Festival 2010(Summer Edition). These are pretty rare and were released in 2010. I’ve seen these go very high on auction in Yahoo Japan. For those who collect Metroid collectibles these are a must and they’re starting very cheap.

The last section of today’s post will feature two Final Fantasy auctions. The first is a little odd. 77 copies of Final Fantasy 7! Actually it’s 85 complete copies for the playstation. They’re divided in regular black versions and greatest hits. Of those some are mis-printed. It’s an interesting auction indeed. You also get Brigadine for playstation included as a bonus. Why did he buy all those copies? From who? Why is he selling them? Who knows… we can only speculate, but it’s still pretty impressive to see that many copies.

The last of the Final Fantasy auctions today is a complete Chocobo set from Final Fantasy VII. Unfortunately it sold for $210 which is an amazing price. The only thing is the tags were in bad condition. So not really the ideal collector’s “state” that one would want it in. Max I would pay or a mint condition set is $300.
