Atari Factory Sealed Mega Man Nintendo 64 (N64) PC Games Posters Signed Super Mario Bros. Sweaters Toys XBOX XBOX 360 1

LucasArts Classic Adventures Sealed, Battletoads Award Sign, Mega Man 9 Poster and More!

First auction I want to shed light on is this Xbox Launch Console. Now the strange thing here is that this isn’t just any console; this is the “Bill Gates” signed console. Shockingly enough, the seller doesn’t mention Bill Gates anywhere in his auction. Very strange since that’s pretty much the selling point for this piece. I mean think about it, many people don’t see the added value of a Bill Gates autograph to a Microsoft Xbox since Bill said himself he isn’t much of a gamer so we know that he wasn’t the man behind the console. He just basically signed the papers and done some appearences to promote the system. BUT, he is still the brain behind the company and there wouldn’t be an Xbox if Bill never started Microsoft (duh). Who knows, maybe in it’s place fate would have changed and Apple would have invented their own console called Abox (A-Box). Weird huh? Anyways, the point is that despite Bill Gates involvement in the creation of the Xbox he still accepted the idea and went forward with it instead of declining. That’s the difference right there. There will be a day where he won’t be around and I will guarantee you that this will be a collectors item and a half. Just having it on display will speak volumes. I know in the near future there will be more demand for this since it was the first Xbox console (the Xbox brand is definitely here to stay). So with that said, try and make on offer on this item because it’s very well worth it.

Other Video Game Auctions:

LucasArts Classic Adventures 1992 – When this came out it sold fast and I remember I was lucky enough to get my copy. I played the games so much and installed them on so many of my friends computers that the disks didn’t work properly. But how could you blame me? All the best point-clickers in one package! Because it’s so epic, finding a sealed copy after all these years seems impossible. But one seller has it up at a hefty price. All the LucasArts collectors will be eyeing this for sure. Will YOU go for the LucasArts Classic Adventures?
Bioshock Infinite – Propaganda Poster AUTOGRAPHED by team – For sale is one copy of a propaganda poster from the upcoming video game “Bioshock Infinite” For Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The poster itself is Autographed by three members of the team behind the story of Bioshock Infinite. The poster has a small bend in the lower right corner
Call of Duty Moder Warfare 3 Sweepstakes Hoodie – Never heard about this sweepstakes (I guess because I’m in Canada), but supposdely there were 200 of these hoodies given out during a Mountain Dew Contest Campaign. Can anyone confirm this?
Mega Man 9 Poster from 2008 iam8bit Art Show – Seller says: “As an homage to the roots of the Mega Man franchise, Capcom consulted iam8bit to create a completely 80s aesthetic for its Mega Man 9marketing assault. Drawing inspiration from the original American release of Mega Man on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), artist Gerald de Jesus painted a “so bad it’s good” interpretation of the robot warrior’s world. The result was immeasurable internet buzz, leading to the creation of this 18×24 inch poster of that same image was given away to attendees of the fourth annual iam8bit exhibition in August 2008.These posters were never publicly available and are incredibly rare. The item is in great condition and has been stored well in a smoke-free environment away from light and in a dry place to preserve the highest level of quality”. I so want this…
Vintage 1989 Unused Nintendo Super Mario Bros. Giant Coloring Book – Ok, it will be mostly “adults” bidding on this “coloring book” but don’t shy away from this child’s book because it’s definitely a neat item to have in your collection. I mean for crying out loud it’s unused! Price is very well worth it. I love vintage Mario :).
Nintendo 64 Console Launch Day EB Display – Here’s an interesting item for N64 collectors. Seller says: “I got this with my N64 system on launch day from Electronics Boutique. I forgot all about it until the other day when I found it inside my N64 system’s box! It’s been stored perfectly flat inside my N64’s box since 1996. It has no color fading, no wear, no wrinkles, rips or anything. It is absolutely mint! It even still comes in the EB envelope it was originally received in.”
Bally Astrocade Crazy Climber #1/50 signed by the author – This is a homebrew released in 2011 by Riffraffgames. This is #1 of a limited run of 50. This game’s complete and has the authors autograph. Homebrews are always fun.
Gears of War 3 SDCC Exclusive Limted Edition Posters Marcus Anya Dom – Seller says: “Posters issued exclusively at SDCC Comic Con 2010 to promote the highly anticipated “GEARS OF WAR 3″ launch. The other two posters are 100% flawless. These are NOT a reproduction or copy 100% original items which are on thick matte paper. Frame them to turn them into a true masterpiece. These highly collectible items are very rare / hard to find and will make a perfect gift idea for any Gears of War fan.”

I’m very surprised the Bioshock Infinite “Songbird” poster is only around $20 right now, they were going for around $200 unsigned when they were released. Well, we’ll see what it goes for, and I will definitely be watching 🙂

BTW, that N64 launch poster looks so hardcore!
