Good Sunday morning VGA readers. I’ve got some cool auctions including the Call of Duty Modern Ware fare 3 Championship Belt. You can see the auction for more details about it. I also have some PC related auctions like the Sam & Max 3d poster and the brand new Monkey Island 2 3.5 diskette game. Enjoy the auctions and if you have comments go ahead and post them.

Video Game Auctions:

Sam And Max ‘3D’ Poster – A Sam & Max 3d Poster. For those who like click & point games this was released during LucasArts prime of video games like Day of the Tentacle, Fate of Atlantis etc..

Monkey Island 2 (Lucas Arts, IBM, 3.5″1991) – Brand spanking new this is one of my favorite pc games of all time. Up there with the Sierra games.

NINTENDO NES – KING’S QUEST V Game NEW Sealed VGA NM 80+ Professionally Graded – Falling right in line with the other two auctions King’s Quest V was originally released on the PC and was later also converted to the NES. This game is heaps of fun and a good story line.

League of Legends ultimate bundle Teemo hat, Riven,Graves skin, Ryze statue+more – This is indeed the ultimate bundle with tons of extras going on auction.

RARE HTF Vintage SNES Nintendo Hat! NEVER WORN MINT CONDITION – Sellers says it’s original from 1992(although it says 1991 on the hat?). Definitely looks to be but you never know.

Limited edition NINTENDO DS lite Kirby !!! Only 40 in the world – “In 2007, for the release of Kirby: Squeak Squad, an Australian kids’ magazine, KZONE, teamed up with Nintendo to release 40 white DS Lite units that featured a black-outlined Kirby on the lid.”

Halo 2600 (Atari 2600, 2010) RARE – Fan made Halo 2000 for the Atari 2600. Seller bought this from the Atariage at the classic gaming expo in Las Vegas .

NINTENDO NES VIRUS & DR. MARIO PROTOTYPES – “This auction is for three (3) different first-party NTSC prototype versions of what would later become the game Dr. Mario for the NES. Each one of these unique cartridges represents a different phase in the development of this title.

Super Nintendo~ ~SNES~ ~Brand New Case in Box~ OFFER! BNIB NES 64 console games – This auction ended but it’s quite impressive. It was an Australian seller i believe but look at that, 64 SNES consoles from that region. Pretty sweet and ended for 10k.

CALL OF DUTY World Championship Xbox 360 BLACK OPS II 2 Target Card MW 3 PS3 – Seller says, “I won this by defeating 63 other players in Los Angeles, CA early 2012 with each of us paying $50 to enter to win prizes and i ended up winning this.

legend of Zelda 1986 Famicom eraser stamp figure Unused toy Vintage Rare – Super Famicom stamp eraser from Japan and it’s for the original Zelda I believe from looking at the design on the stamp.

1988 NINTENDO OF AMERICA LAPEL PINS MARIO LUIGI BOWZER LINK ZELDA – Tons of pins here from 1988. They are not complete bu for $34 you can’t complain.

Legend Of Zelda Necklace – It’s on auction and at $31. I actually had this myself, I don’t know though why it’s that high.

Final Fantasy VII (7) Aeris’s theme limited edition Sankyo Orpheus musicbox – Still at $30k on auction or buy it now for $50k. I know the last one that was up on eBay actually sold for $7k! You can still see it in the completed listing page. I wonder if someone will buy that one for $30k? That would be nuts.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time papers from 1998 Bandai Discontinued – I don’t know too much about this but these puzzle like papers were discontinued by Bandai apparently back in 1998. Does look legit.

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA OCARINA OF TIME ACTION FIGURES ~ RARE ~ GANON,LINK AND ZELDA – On auction for $100 with one bid. This is a brand new figure set for Ocarina of time back in 1998.

The $7000 Aeris music box was a (licensed) reproduction; obvious even at a glance that it wasn’t the original issue box. Looks like that seller managed to pay for an individual royalty/licensing fee on the song for a few extra to be made.

Wish I had bought the reproduction that popped up a few years ago for $700. *sigh* oh well

The one that sold for $7000 was original, not a reproduction. The reproduction ones are the ones you see in completed listings that have an ugly box from a Japanese seller. Still even with an ugly box the price is more reachable than the original. I still don’t know how he got the mechanical movement? I had a discussion with Roger from bettermusicboxes.com about that and he would have needed approval before reproducing them unless he has it? I’d like to hear what Roger has to say.
