CD-I Everything The Legend Of Zelda 2

The Unholy Triforce – CD-I Zelda Games

Phillips, creators of the CD-I, once worked with Nintendo to release a CD based Nintendo system. The plans didn’t work out and through some random legal tie, Phillips retained rights to make games based on Nintendo characters! These games are quite rare and happen to be an absolute misery to play. Still, they are historic and many feel these games are a must have for Nintendo collectors. There are 3 Zelda games (sometimes called the “Unholy Triforce”) and one Mario game called Hotel Mario. This full collection has appeared on eBay in two auctions:

I wouldn’t mind owning all the 4 games and actually playing them for amusement. But I wonder whats the ball park figure for the games. I mean $500 would mean $250 each. Is that worth it?

Not excactly… Zelda’s Adventure can call for $300+, but the other 3 rarely go over $150. This means the whole package is about $250 over. But, the seller may agree to $650 for all if contacted…
